Under the leadership of a Supervisor, you will perform removal, enclosure, encapsulation, and/or other methods of eliminating and controlling hazardous material or hazardous environmental conditions including asbestos, lead, and mold. Must follow all OSHA and IEPA regulations.
Required:
• High school diploma or GED
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• A valid U.S. driver’s license
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in general construction
• Ability to wear a respirator
• Ability to lift and carry 20-50 pounds
• Ability to climb ladders and scaffolds up to 80 feet and work in tight spaces
• Current IDPH Asbestos Worker or Supervisor License
• Must pass an annual OSHA asbestos physical examination
• Must pass an accredited asbestos worker or supervisor refresher exam every year
• Successfully complete and pass a background check, employment verification, and drug screening

Our Supervisors are responsible for overseeing crew members working with hazardous materials including asbestos, lead, and mold. One must be able to communicate effectively with field workers, operations managers, and clients to ensure that projects deadlines are met. Supervisor must conduct field safety meetings and keep an organized file for each project including any correspondence, receipts/invoices, and any other crucial documents. Must follow all OSHA and IEPA regulations.
